the ALL NEPAL FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION is the governing body of football in nepal.it is responsible for the national and international competition of football. it was founded in 1951 and being affiliated with fifa in 1970.the president of anfa is ganesh thapa. it organized different plans and programs to develop the status of football in nepal.many tournament is conducted in nepal by anfa. one of the famous tournament in nepal is "A" division league in which different national team participate in the tournament .the first price of the tournament is 75 lakhs . anfa also had given chance to  the young people to have free training and to have free study and live in the house of anfa which is located in kathmandu,nepal. anfa give all the basic facilities needed to increase the football skills in free of cost. many youths are being getting oppurtunities to increase their football skills and to get success in life with the help of anfa. anfa gives the chance to young players to play in national and international games within the country or out of the country.many anfa products are playing in the national team of nepal. many players of anfa are being going in outer country and have being showing their performance very good and they are being calling in that country again and again.

                                                    ANFA is a organization which are being working from 1951 to develop the condition of nepal and nepal's sports in very effective way.

extra time

extra time is the time which is added in the game while the actual time of the game is finished (90minutes) . mainly extra time is added in the direction of referee which might be of four minutes or three minutes. this adding of three minutes and four minutes is done in each game of football but in knock out competition players play 30 minutes extra . in knock out competition one team should win the game in anyhow .in knock out game winner is decided so while the both team are not scoring in 90 minutes referee give more 15 minutes to score if they don't score in 30 minutes also then they are given chance to have penalty and score at last winner is decided with the help of extra time.to have penalty 5 members of each team are selected by coach and given chance to have penalty.

                                         thus, extra time plays very important role in knock out game .it helps to decide winner of the matches .

rules of football

football is played in whole to make this game m,ore safe and comfortable different rules have been made for this game.there are 17 rules in total. some of them  are briefly described below.

field of play:the game can be conducted in both artificial grass or natural grass. ground should be in rectangular shape and ground should occupies  some specific length.the field is divided into two way half by and halfway line.

ball:it should be spherical in shape and must contain certain pressure.it should be made with leather and 68-70 cm in circumference.

number of player:each team should consist of 11 players including goal keeper.if the team consist  less than seven players then game will not be conducted .

equipments: all players should wear jersey,boots,shorts and stockings.

referee: referee conduct the game with safety and comfortably . in the absence of referee game will not be conducted. referee has the power to decide what is right and what is wrong. referee can punished the players if they have done wrong things in the game by giving them warning and sending them out of the ground.

assistant  referee: there are four assistant referee . three are in the ground and one remain out of the ground . they can judge the players and give information to the referee.

duration of the match: whole game is played in 90 minutes .game is divided into two halfs each of 45 minutes. the half time interval must not exceed more than 15 minute.if there is equal goals in the knock out game referee add more 30 minutes in the game.it also divides into two half each of 15 minutes .in this time also both team don't score then penalty is done which decide the winner of the game.

method of scoring: ball should cross the line of goal post.if the ball only touches the line of goal post it is not count as a goal.

                                         as it occupies many advantage many people from different places played this game.as football is a game which is played with the help of physical and mental power.it helps to increase both physical and mental strength. it makes people fit and fine.it helps to increase the stamina also .stamina is a such type of thig which makes a man able to run and do any kind of power works. many people who have got the habit of taking drugs have less stamina due to which they  can't run fast and do the powerful work more comfortably .foot help to increase its stamina by maintaining its physical strength .
                                                we can say that football is a famous game which is played in whole world.many youths are engaged in this field and having lots of  funs.
